Practical experience
# dealing with NFSA (هيئة سلامة الغذاء المصرية ) inspections and requirements
# Ability to prepare for and handle internal & external audits
# Good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures
# Strong reporting and follow-up skills
# Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
