Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Coordinator based in Cairo. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily logistics and supply chain activities, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely shipments to clients. The role includes maintaining professional communication with partners, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations across departments to meet business objectives efficiently. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with international teams and addressing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and inventory control
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in a manufacturing or export environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages, such as French or Arabic, are an advantage
