Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new automotive vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration onto the SpareMart platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify vendor documentation, compliance, and product listings.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to vendors regarding platform usage, order management, and SpareMart policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new vendors during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and track onboarding progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting key metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure vendors are set up for successful order fulfillment and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and SpareMart’s technical team to resolve integration or system-related challenges.
- Ensure all vendor data is accurately entered and maintained in the platform’s database.
- Support ongoing vendor relationship management initiatives to foster long-term partnerships.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or marketplace operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or integration issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and project management.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
