Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment at client sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and recommend appropriate surveillance solutions.
• Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and service reports accurately.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in upgrading or expanding existing surveillance systems as client needs evolve.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and warranty services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in CCTV and security systems.

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems, including cameras, recorders, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations as required.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent situations, or on long-term projects as needed.
