Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Hosting Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize enterprise infrastructure, hosting platforms, and managed services environments.
The role combines hands-on technical leadership, IT service delivery excellence, and business/vendor management, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency across Microsoft, Linux, cloud, and hosting platforms.
This position plays a critical role in bridging technical execution and business outcomes, while laying the foundation for scalable service operations and future team growth.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Service Delivery Responsibilities
Oversee the administration, optimization, and stability of Microsoft platforms, Linux servers, cPanel, and hosting infrastructure
Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and SLA compliance across all services
Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams to maintain redundancy, scalability, and resilience
Implement IT service management best practices (ITIL, monitoring, automation, documentation)
Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery policies are enforced and regularly updated
Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives
Technical Environment
Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure
Linux server environments (Apache / NGINX, PHP, MySQL)
WHMCS, cPanel, WHM, and hosting control panels
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox
VPS, Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one)
DNS, SSL, FTP, SMTP, Web Hosting protocols
ITSM frameworks, SLA/OLA, Incident & Problem Management
Security, backup, and disaster recovery
Automation fundamentals and SOP documentation
Experience & Background
6–8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Operations, or Managed Services
3+ years in a similar role managing Microsoft & Linux environments, web hosting, and email multitenant platforms
