Mutakamela Insurance is a growing leader in the insurance sector in Saudi Arabia, committed to strong financial governance and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated Finance Trainee (Tamheer) to join our Finance Department and support the company’s financial operations.

In this role, you will assist the finance team with daily accounting and reporting activities while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents and records.

• Support in basic accounting entries, reconciliations, and data verification.

• Help in preparing financial reports and schedules.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial information and documentation.

• Assist in maintaining accurate filing and documentation in line with company policies.

• Support the team in audit preparation and compliance requirements.

• Contribute to improving financial processes and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 0 to less than 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
