We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to work with architectural BIM activities on large-scale and high rise projects, ensuring full compliance with internal standards, project specifications, and local/international codes. The successful candidate will manage BIM Architecture teams, issue and oversee architectural modeling packages, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead Architect and the BIM Architectural team across multiple large-scale and high rise projects.

• Ensure full compliance with internal BIM standards, company codes, and project-specific requirements.

• Develop, review, and issue architectural BIM models at technical project stages (Schematic, Detailed Design, IFT and IFC).

• Oversee the preparation and coordination of various full architectural packages.

• Design, review and issue design technical packages, ensuring constructability and coordination with other disciplines.

• Manage and review Dry Wall Partition systems, including layouts, details, and specifications.

• Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring clash-free and coordinated BIM models.

• Participate in and lead clash detection processes, resolve architectural clashes, and follow-up on technical solutions.

• Review and approve shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built models.

• Ensure accurate BIM documentation, model naming conventions, LOD compliance, and data integrity.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for BIM Architects and Modelers.

• Coordinate with Main Office representative, project manager, design consultants, subconsultants contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and Client needs are met.

• Support project planning, BIM execution plans (BEP), and BIM strategy implementation.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering, and Certified BIM Diploma is a plus.

• 5–8+ years of experience in Architectural BIM, with proven experience in a BIM role.

• Hands-on experience working on mega and high-rise projects.

• Strong experience working with internal company codes, standards, and BIM guidelines, UAE code experience is a plus.

• Proven experience handling architectural packages.

• High proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).

• Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM workflows, and coordination processes.

• Excellent team player, communication, and coordination skills.
