We are currently seeking a Coaching Program Advisor to serve as the strategic link between our programs and the individuals considering a meaningful investment in their future.

About the Role

This is a consultative, advisory position — not transactional sales.

As a Coaching Program Advisor, you will engage in thoughtful, in-depth conversations with prospective clients, helping them gain clarity on their goals and understand how MY Coaching’s methodology supports their personal and professional evolution.

Your role is to translate insight into alignment — ensuring every client joins with full confidence, understanding, and readiness.

Your mission is to ensure that every prospective client:

• Clearly understands the program structure, value, and outcomes
• Feels supported, informed, and respected throughout their decision-making process
• Enters the program aligned — not persuaded

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery calls to understand clients’ ambitions, challenges, and professional backgrounds
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across all MY Coaching programs, confidently explaining curricula, certifications, pathways, and outcomes
• Guide clients to identify the program that best aligns with their personal growth and professional goals
• Manage the full prospect journey from first inquiry to final decision with clarity, professionalism, and care
• Maintain organized records and timely follow-ups to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communicator with strong listening skills and persuasive clarity
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to read between the lines and respond with empathy
• Detail-oriented and confident in handling advanced questions around logistics, accreditation, and content
• Professionally mature and comfortable advising clients on high-investment, career-defining decisions

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential
• Experience in Admissions, Consultative Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations is highly preferred
• Genuine passion for coaching, personal development, and transformational work
• Ability to work within a hybrid model (remote and on-site collaboration)
