 Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team on-site in Cairo. In this role, you will actively manage lease negotiations, broker property deals, and assist clients in identifying and securing suitable commercial real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include providing tenant representation services, closing sales, researching market trends, and building relationships with developers and property owners to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

 Qualifications

Strong skills and experience in Lease Negotiations and Brokerage

In-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Tenant Representation

Proficiency in Sales and building effective client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, on-site environment

Experience in the real estate market in Egypt and the Middle East is a plus

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven sales track record
