We are seeking a Operations Engineer to join the Operations team at our Cairo office.
About the Job
Monitor lagoon projects in the operational phase, ensuring proper maintenance, efficient operation, and compliance with the technical and quality standards defined by the company.
Specific Responsabilities
- Support the Senior Operations Engineer in consolidating and controlling operational information, ensuring traceability and up-to-date records.
- Supervise the use and performance of web-based monitoring platforms, ensuring accurate visualization and timely updates of the status of assigned projects.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports to internal and external clients, providing accurate and timely information on lagoon performance.
- Manage and deliver technical documentation for assigned projects, ensuring proper use and maintenance of the lagoons.
- Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, promoting optimal performance and availability.
- Manage the procurement of supplies, spare parts, and equipment required for operations, ensuring their timely availability.
- Address and resolve operational incidents in assigned lagoons, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Conduct site visits and issue technical reports that support continuous improvement in the maintenance and operation of assigned lagoons.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields aligned with the role (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
- 2 years of experience in similar technical positions.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical supervision roles.
- User-level proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Experience working on-site.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Availibility to travel.
- Availability for relocation.
