Join our team

We are hiring a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations. This role is public-facing and requires excellent English communication; C1/2-level proficiency is required.


What you will do

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors; manage the reception area with a professional, welcoming presence.

• Handle phone calls, emails, inquiries, and appointments; route messages accurately and promptly.

• Check-in visitors and service providers; issue and collect visitor passes in line with school security procedures.

• Support student admissions logistics: schedule assessments and interviews, prepare files, and follow up with families.

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports (visitors, deliveries, student late/early dismissals).

• Coordinate with security, academics, and administration to resolve issues quickly.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; liaise with couriers.

• Support events, meetings, and tours (room bookings, signage, refreshments).

• Uphold safeguarding, privacy, and health and safety policies at all times.


What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma; prior experience in school reception is a must

• Exceptional command of English (C1/2-level or equivalent) in speaking and writing is required for reception, calls, and written correspondence; Arabic is an advantage. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict de-escalation skills.

• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented; able to multitask in a busy environment.

• Confident with office software and tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, documents); quick learner of school systems.

• Professional appearance and demeanor; integrity and discretion with confidential information.

• Available to start immediately; on-site presence is required.


Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: 12,000 to 20,000 EGP per month, based on experience and qualifications.

• Transportation, social insurance, and medical insurance.

• Tuition fee discount for dependents.
