We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client in Egypt, who is seeking a talented Media Buyer to join their growing team.

Role Description

The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, negotiating, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). This role ensures ad spending is used efficiently to drive measurable ROI, aligning campaigns with both client objectives and the company’s reputation as a performance-first agency.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct audience research and select the most effective targeting strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spending.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to the Client Engagement Manager and clients.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure competitive performance.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure creative assets align with ad strategy.
• Test new channels, formats, and approaches to improve results

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and optimization.
• Experience managing medium-to-large ad budgets.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic (native) and working English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
