Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to oversee project financial performance and contractual compliance across multiple projects. The role involves leading the cost control function, managing contracts, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the cost control and contract team to ensure accurate financial and contractual management.
- Develop, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and implement corrective measures.
- Review, draft, and manage contracts, amendments, and claims in coordination with project and legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Prepare periodic cost and contract reports for management review.
- Support procurement and project teams with cost and contractual evaluations.
- Coordinate with planning and technical teams to ensure financial and contractual targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control and contract management, preferably within the construction or façade industry.
- Strong command of cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting techniques.
- Proven experience with contract negotiation and claims management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
