Job Description
- Analyze SME loan applications including financial statements, cash flows, and bank statements
- Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, market, and management risk assessments
- Prepare detailed credit assessment reports with clear recommendations
- Ensure completeness and compliance of all credit documentation
- Evaluate collateral and coordinate validation with relevant teams
- Maintain high-quality, accurate credit files in line with internal policies
- Support and guide junior Credit Analysts when needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth processing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in SME credit analysis
- Strong background in financial analysis and business evaluation
- Experience in SME lending, banks, or NBFIs is preferred
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
- Credit Course certificate is a must
