Job Summary:
The role is focusing on supporting the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the bank’s digital banking channels, including mobile and internet banking platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of Mobile & Internet Banking Applications, ensuring availability and stability.
- Assist in implementing platform updates, patches, and new feature deployments.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide second-level support for technical issues affecting mobile and internet banking systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed incident records for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements and customizations
- Coordinate with development teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure platforms comply with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Work with IT security teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Participate in audits and reviews to maintain system integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to address system issues and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT for digital banking initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for platform configurations, updates, and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and enhancements for management review.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Senior Officer: Minimum 2 years of experience in in digital banking or IT operations.
- Officer: Fresh Graduate or experienced in a similar role, preferably with mobile and internet banking platforms.
