About the Role: A Business Unit Manager will be managing a team of Operations Managers who are responsible for maintaining and improving the operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems. Meeting financial targets by estimating performance requirements and preparing annual budgets. Also will be presenting monthly and annual action plans and objectives, playing a critical role in ensuring efficiency, productivity, and overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve operational performance by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems.
• Motivate and effectively performance manage Operations Managers within the account to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
