IBM i / AS400 System Administrator (Hybrid – New Cairo)

We are looking for a System Administrator specialized in IBM i / AS400 to manage and maintain mission-critical systems for enterprise clients. The role requires strong operational skills and the ability to ensure system stability and continuity.

• Administration and daily operation of IBM i / AS400 systems
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Management of MQ queues and batch processes
• Execution of backup, restore, patching, and disaster recovery procedures
• Documentation of system configurations and operational procedures

• Solid experience with IBM i / AS400 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Knowledge of system security, user management, and access controls
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of RPG, CL, or DB2 on IBM i
• Experience integrating AS400 systems with modern applications
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise environments
