We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist (B2B SaaS)

Klip is a B2B SaaS platform built on top of the WhatsApp Business API, helping businesses manage customer conversations, automate messaging, and drive measurable results through WhatsApp.

We’re looking for a sales-driven professional who enjoys closing new deals and growing relationships after the sale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.
• Actively generate leads through cold calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Work with new customers after closing to ensure a smooth onboarding and strong early adoption.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify upsell and expansion opportunities as usage grows.
• Regularly check in with customers to understand their goals and recommend additional features, message types, or higher usage plans when relevant.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and track opportunities, renewals, and expansions.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business but also understands that real revenue growth comes from retention and expansion.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
• Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive follow-ups.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic with good English.
• Ability to explain software and workflows clearly to non-technical customers.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term value.
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience selling software, marketing tools, CRM, or communication platforms.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, messaging tools, or Meta products.
• Previous exposure to clients in real estate, retail, F&B, or services.
• Experience using a CRM to manage deals and customer relationships.
