Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to support the expansion of our partner network and contribute significantly to the company’s overall growth.

In this role, you will focus on strengthening existing partnerships, onboarding new business partners, and driving increased trading activity across your portfolio. Your work will have a direct impact on company performance, as you take part in high-impact initiatives that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of mid-level partners by acquiring new partners and developing existing relationships
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, overseeing relationship management and coordinating issue resolution
  • Ensure partner activities comply with internal business policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards
  • Design and execute market development initiatives, working closely with internal marketing, loyalty, and events teams
  • Represent the company at industry and partner events, such as expos, conventions, trainings, and seminars
  • (low to moderate short-term travel may be required)
  • Work closely with partners to retain and grow their business, offering strategic guidance and ongoing support
  • Consistently meet or exceed management-defined KPIs, with a strong emphasis on business growth and target achievement


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development
  • Proven ability to deliver results within international markets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with diverse partner profiles
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a broad, strategic business development perspective
  • High standards of integrity, accountability, and reliability
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, global, and multilingual environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build alignment
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English
