We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead and optimize Meta paid advertising campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking with data-driven creativity to drive engagement and conversions across campaigns. Ideal candidates are analytical, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing.

Job Highlights

Schedule:

• 5–10 hours of meetings per week aligned with Los Angeles (PST/PDT) time, ideally clustered into 2–3 days

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies with a focus on Meta platforms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights that inform creative concepts.

• Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Continuously optimize ad performance through testing and iteration.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative direction.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting briefs and guiding teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media ad trends, best practices, and performance metrics.

They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
