Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott International. The primary responsibilitلتقديم الانies include providing exceptional customer support and satisfaction by assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service at all touchpoints to deliver a memorable experience, maintaining professionalism, and addressing any questions or requests effectively. The Guest Experience Expert is also responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the available services, products, and special offers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle guest inquiries and provide efficient service.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience capabilities to ensure positive interactions and memorable stays.
- Strong Phone Etiquette to demonstrate professionalism and effectively address guest concerns over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests while understanding and resolving their needs.
- Proficiency in operating reservation systems and software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holiday
