Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Heliopolis. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries, managing communications, gathering feedback to enhance services, and ensuring efficient handling of customer needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experiences and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
  • Background in customer relations, business administration, or related fields
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
