Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to roads and infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
• Identify potential risks associated with contracts and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all contract-related documentation is filed and archived in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering

10+ years’ experience as contracts Engineer with Governmental Purchasing GTPL and FIDIC Contracts
