Process Engineer for Water Treatment Plants:

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support our Water Treatment engineering operations. This role focuses on assisting in the Process Design, Technical Submittals, Piping, Design Calculations, CAD Design based in our New Cairo Engineering office with periodic site visits.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and a strong technical background in piping and Desalination and Industrial Water Treatment Plants design.

Process Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Process Calculations, equipment sizing, piping layouts, and hydraulic calculations in PFD, P&ID, BOD, Piping etc.

Coordinate between technical office and site engineers to ensure project execution aligns with Process Design and Client Requirements.

Conduct site visits during construction, commissioning, and startup phases.

Create technical offers and proposal documents in collaboration with company sectors.

Process Engineer Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor`s Degree Mechanical, or Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

Technical Skills: Expertise in Piping and Plant Design, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D/3D), AutoCAD Plant and 3D Design, and Pipe Flow Expert.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with adaptability for teamwork and dynamic project demands.
