Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Evolve Associates Advisor, located in Qesm El Maadi. The advisor will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, managing inquiries, assisting customers with troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing customer needs through effective communication and tailored solutions, while upholding company standards and values. Advisors will also track and report on customer interactions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English with a C1 level or above
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and deliver excellent service
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with digital tools and platforms; ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a proactive approach to learning
  • Previous experience in the technology or service industries is a plus
