Experienced CNC Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, specializing in CNC machining for wood-based products such as kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. Skilled in operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure high precision, quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines (routers, drilling, cutting, and nesting machines) for furniture components.
• Prepare and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software according to production drawings and design specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
• Set up machines, tools, and materials to ensure accurate machining and minimal waste.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Optimize cutting patterns to reduce material waste and production time.
• Assist in improving production workflows and CNC processes.
