Design Dialogue is looking for an FF&E Specialist to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye and hands-on experience sourcing, specifying, and coordinating FF&E across residential and hospitality projects.

What you’ll do:

• Develop FF&E concepts aligned with project design direction
• Prepare FF&E schedules, specs, mood boards, and sample boards
• Source furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and accessories
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Handle RFQs, comparisons, and budget alignment
• Support site coordination, mockups, and FF&E snagging

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years of FF&E experience in a design studio or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Familiarity with local and regional suppliers
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe InDesign
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects
