Design Dialogue is looking for an FF&E Specialist to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye and hands-on experience sourcing, specifying, and coordinating FF&E across residential and hospitality projects.

What you’ll do:

Develop FF&E concepts aligned with project design direction

Prepare FF&E schedules, specs, mood boards, and sample boards

Source furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and accessories

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams

Handle RFQs, comparisons, and budget alignment

Support site coordination, mockups, and FF&E snagging

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

2–5 years of FF&E experience in a design studio or similar setting

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting

Familiarity with local and regional suppliers

Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe InDesign

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects
