Job Description

Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, guiding them in the Scrum framework and promoting Agile best practices.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Help the team resolve conflicts and obstacles, ensuring they remain focused on their goals.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
Track team performance and progress through relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and quality.
Provide guidance and support to team members in Agile practices, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
Organize and facilitate training sessions on Agile methodologies and principles.
Continuously assess and refine the Agile processes within the team, promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Gather feedback from the team and stakeholders to enhance the development workflow.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in the fintech or e-payment industry.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and related frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and software development practices.
