Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Support Representative located in Heliopolis. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and utilizing computer systems efficiently to log information and track issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage with customers and teammates effectively
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy for navigating software, maintaining records, and managing communication systems
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environme
