Job Summary

Supports business by turning strategies into integrated Marketing and Communication plans with KPIs. Drives lead generation through targeted campaigns, localized content, and owned channels while ensuring consistent messaging and multi-channel coordination.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Translates strategic marketing objectives into integrated, localized campaign plans that drive brand visibility, market engagement, and lead generation across digital and other channels.
  • Executes targeted lead generation marketing initiatives—such as gated content, email nurture campaigns, marketing automation—designed to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads that fuel sales pipeline growth.
  • Produces high-quality sales collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, fact sheets, and product presentations in collaboration with product teams to support commercial efforts and customer conversations.
  • Drives media outreach and earned visibility by supporting PR efforts, managing speaker placements, coordinating co-marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities for thought leadership and guest contributions.
  • Analyzes the performance of campaigns and marketing activities across all platforms, delivering clear insights and optimization recommendations based on key performance indicators and stakeholder feedback.

Critical Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or Marketing Analytics is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a marketing communications, digital marketing, or campaign management role—ideally in agency planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing content creation, editorial calendars, translations, and web updates across different markets and languages. Familiarity with CMS, translation workflows, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams, product managers, designers, external agencies, and central marketing functions to coordinate timely execution of campaigns and assets.
