Role Purpose:

To support the ERP implementation by bridging financial understanding with system technical capability. This role focuses on building reports, validating configurations, executing data migration activities, supporting testing, and resolving system issues. After go-live, acts as the in-house technical support specializing in Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical–Functional ERP Support:

• Validate finance module configurations with consultants and the finance Lead.

• Support building workflows, approval rules, roles, permissions, and controls.

• Participate in SIT/UAT, prepare test cases, execute testing, document issues.

• Assist with system integrations (POS, billing, fleet systems, bank files).

Data Management & Reporting

• Lead data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation for migration.

• Build and maintain finance dashboards and KPIs (Power BI).

• Prepare automated reports and scripts.

Troubleshooting & Enhancements

• Investigate system errors and coordinate fixes with IT/consultants.

• Monitor scheduled jobs, data loads, and system workflows.

• Manage small enhancements or changes after go-live.

Training & Documentation

• Develop user manuals and “how-to” guides.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to finance users.

• Ensure best practices for system usage and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science.

• ERP experience (finance module-focused).

• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and workflow logic.

• Good understanding of finance fundamentals.
