What you'll do

• Write and update our blog articles, focusing on helping our readers and getting better Google rankings
• Write and update product comparison articles.
• Develop and update technical documentation, focusing on Instatus tools, libraries, and APIs
• Act as customer zero, ensuring our documentation meets the reader's needs and enhances their experience using our products
• Proactively maintain and improve the documentation sites

This might be for you if

• You bring at least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer, or related role, with a proven track record of creating impactful documentation and/or blog posts
• You are proficient in Markdown and Git workflows, enabling you to create efficient and interactive documentation
• You excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a team environment and contributing to a positive workplace
• You quickly adapt to new domains, learning and articulating complex concepts into clear, comprehensive content
• You focus on putting the reader first, ensuring articles are accessible and engaging
