The Real Estate Investment Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the organization's real estate investment portfolio. Job Requirements:

- Expertise in financial analysis and modeling for complex real estate projects, including acquisition, development, and disposition.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating large-scale real estate transactions and contracts.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with real estate investment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent within the organization.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive investment strategies resulting in successful portfolio management.
- Proven track record of networking and relationship-building within the real estate industry, including with investors, developers, and government entities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic investment plans that align with the organization’s long-term objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, risks, and potential returns.
- Lead due diligence processes for potential investments, collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to assess viability.
- Oversee the development of detailed financial projections and models to evaluate investment scenarios and forecast performance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for property acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the investment portfolio, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investment partners, advisory firms, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and investor meetings, enhancing visibility and credibility.
- Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Prepare and present reports to the executive team and Board of Directors, detailing investment performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
