Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Venture Capital Investment Associate Expert and play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing top-tier investment opportunities. You will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end investment process, leveraging strategic insights and analytical rigor to deliver value in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to assess target companies.
• Draft investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
• Negotiate term sheets, deal structures, and agreements in collaboration with senior team members.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, providing ongoing support for value creation initiatives.
