We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels across E-Commerce Website and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Website)
• Ensure accurate product content: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to avoid OOS
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers
• Coordinate with marketing team for content, banners, and campaigns
• Manage customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A to enhance product credibility
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
• Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other platforms
• Good understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behavior
