Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Furniture Sales Associate. The role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the store's products. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, arranging product displays, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the showroom remains presentable and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and create a positive shopping experience.
• Expertise in Retail Sales, including the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Furniture, with an ability to provide product insights and suggest suitable options to customers.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, maintain professionalism, and contribute to team goals.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.
