role for a Human Resources Management Consultant, based in Oman.
The consultant will provide expert HR management and consulting services, assist in developing and implementing HR policies, and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Day-to-day tasks also include advising on HR best practices, supporting organizational development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Management Consulting
- Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is a plus
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in GCC or Oman is highly desirable
