Purpose of Job
The job holder is responsible for developing special recruitment programs, managing sourcing and onboarding activities, and following up through the different phases of the process until completion whilst ensuring compliance to budgets, selection and assessment criteria, and proper orientation for new joiners to ensure they are aware of ZATCA’s culture and values.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
- Develop the operational plan for Sourcing and Assessment in line with Talent Acquisition business plan and Human Capital strategic plan
- Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Sourcing and Assessment goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
