The Contract Assistant will manage the administration of contracts related to infrastructure, earthworks, deep excavation and piling, and tunneling projects. The role involves close monitoring of contractual obligations in accordance with FIDIC conditions and the preparation of all types of claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining accurate and organized contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all administering contract with FIDIC conditions.

Monitor and follow up on contractual terms, clauses, and obligations relevant to complex civil and underground works.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and site teams to ensure contractual compliance.

Liaise with the Legal Department on contract interpretations, disputes, claims, and variation
