Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, for the Dubai account. The role includes both voice and non-voice tasks, such as handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing support through various communication channels, and maintaining accurate client records. The agent is expected to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service aligned with the company's quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Customer service and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support
- Ability to manage multitasking and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with call center operations, including handling both voice and non-voice inquiries, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
