Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Account Specialist (Amazon-Noon-Jumia), based in New Cairo. The role involves overseeing and managing accounts across various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Jumia. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, analyzing sales data, managing product listings, addressing customer inquiries, optimizing pricing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall platform performance. The specialist will also stay updated on marketplace trends and implement strategies to maximize sales and visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience from 2 to 5 years
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate sales data and marketplace metrics
• Strong communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Basic knowledge of finance and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
• Experience in customer service to address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficiency in account management related to e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Jumia is highly advantageous
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
