Dr. Nilly Shams Nutrition Medical Center is looking for a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team at the Zayed clinic.

We are looking for someone who is organized, fast, presentable, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Working Days: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing the full check-in / check-out process

• Managing appointments and schedules with accuracy

• Providing clients with correct information about clinic services

• Coordinating with the nutrition team to support daily workflow

• Data entry, file management, and working efficiently on Code Zone

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to use Code Zone

• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure

• Presentable, committed, and professional
