Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in business information systems, Computer Science, or related field

3–5 years of CRM administration experience

Proven migration and integration expertise

Salesforce Administrator certification preferred

Proficiency in API integrations, reporting tools, and Power BI

Strong analytical and communication skills


Responsibilities:

Administer CRM! Configure modules, manage user accounts, and implement workflow automation.

Lead Migration! Oversee data migration from Dynamics CRM to Salesforce.

Integrate Systems! Connect CRM with ERP, e‑commerce, and enterprise applications.

Manage Data! Ensure accuracy, integrity, and develop dashboards/reports.

Support Users! Conduct training, provide post‑go‑live support, and maintain documentation.

Enhance Processes! Collaborate with teams to improve usability and automation.
