✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up and confirm booking modifications and cancellations with clients.

- Coordinate with hotels to ensure room and service availability.

- Resolve any issues that may arise with clients or hotels during bookings.

- Provide clients with necessary information and support regarding offers and services.

- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.


🎯 Required Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or a related role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

- Knowledge of global hotel chains and reservation systems.


💪 Personal Skills:

- Very good to excellent English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication skills with customers and hotels.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
