Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Ecommerce Specialist based in 6th of October. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of online sales platforms, optimize product listings, and analyze sales performance. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, enhancing the online shopping experience, coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations, and developing strategies to drive engagement and conversions on the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to effectively manage and enhance online platforms.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and identify performance insights for strategy development.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience and clear team interaction.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
