- Oversee facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office services.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, utilities, and workplace assets.
- Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and cost control.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in facility management or administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
