Job Description:The Senior Operations Manager – Excellence & Lean Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organization through the meticulous application of Lean methodologies and process optimization strategies. This position demands an advanced understanding of both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, with a focus on identifying process inefficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of lean thinking across all operational areas. Additionally, this role will involve collaboration with senior leadership to align improvement strategies with organizational goals, along with mentoring and developing talent within the operational framework to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exemplary results.Job Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of progressive operational management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment.A proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and achieving measurable business results.Deep knowledge of operational excellence frameworks and tools, including but not limited to Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost reduction initiatives.Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in managing diverse teams and driving engagement through coaching and development.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability of interpreting complex data to derive actionable insights.Proficient in change management principles, with a strong capability to lead teams through transformative business processes.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives.Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) or equivalent is highly desirable.Proven experience overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring timely and successful
