As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Channel) at Aspire, you will drive technical enablement and partner success across the Middle East, Central Europe, and Africa, including Saudi Arabia. You will empower channel partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and deploy the Instructure Learning Platform while ensuring consistent quality, technical excellence, and regional growth.

What you’ll do

Lead onboarding and technical enablement for channel partners across the MEA region.

Deliver structured certification programs, demo readiness sessions, product deep-dives, and integration workshops.

Build partner capability to independently conduct discovery sessions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and lead technical conversations.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to partner technical teams as they expand their Canvas expertise.

Collaborate with partners on customer-facing discovery to map institutional, pedagogical, and operational requirements.

Deliver tailored demonstrations across Higher Education, K12, Ministries, private training organizations, and corporate learning markets.

Translate customer requirements into complete solution architectures across Canvas LMS, Studio, Catalog, Credentials, Impact, and integrations.

Support proofs of concept, evaluations, and pilots with clear technical and strategic guidance.

Advise on integration and deployment considerations including SIS interoperability, SSO, APIs, data residency, hosting, security reviews, and compliance frameworks.

Assist with RFI/RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with approved messaging.

Develop trusted relationships with partner organizations, institutional leaders, and government stakeholders.

Act as a strategic advisor, bringing digital learning expertise and regional insight to engagements.

Collaborate with Regional Directors, Account Executives, and Channel Managers on territory planning and opportunity strategy.

Contribute to partner-facing playbooks, demo resources, and technical assets tailored to the MEA region.

Maintain a high-quality demo environment and technical toolkit to support regional opportunities.

Stay informed on regional education trends, procurement frameworks, accreditation bodies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Continuously refine demo narratives and partner materials to align with local market needs and priorities.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant within a channel or partner-driven model.

Strong experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably within education technology.

Deep understanding of enterprise integrations including SIS, SSO, APIs, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Experience supporting complex evaluations, proofs of concept, and RFI/RFP processes.

Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Experience working across multiple cultures, languages, and markets within the MEA or EMEA region.

Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, senior stakeholders, and government entities.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with sales, channel, and regional leadership teams.

Willingness and ability to travel across the region as required.
