Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Site Architect who will oversee and manage on-site architectural projects, ensuring that designs and construction align with client requirements, quality standards, and regulatory codes. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, supervising construction processes, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to resolve project challenges. This is an on-site role located in Marsa Alam, requiring consistent communication and efficient coordination with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design, drafting, and project planning skills
• Proficiency with architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Experience in construction site supervision and knowledge of building regulations, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborative teamwork abilities and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
• Additional qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, licensing or certification in architecture, and prior experience with sustainable building practices, are highly desirable
